I Thank You in advance for your unwavering support.

Keeping Oceanside Unique!

I am pleased to announce my candidacy for Oceanside City Council District~3.

As a dedicated advocate for public safety and having concern over crime, graffiti, disorder and homelessness, as well as their effect on our property values, I believe it is time for me to run for Oceanside City council / District 3, in November 2024.

Having been consistently involved in Oceanside Neighborhood Watch Program for many many years, and together with the Oceanside Police Department, I have long worked hard for safety in our streets, safety in our neighborhoods, safety in our parks and support for our Neighbors, Friends, and Families!

I’m a successful thirty-plus year “hardworking and professional Blue-Collar Worker” in the newspaper Industry and a proud twenty five-year+ homeowner in the City of Oceanside District-3. I have extensive involvement working with the public as Oceanside Neighborhood Watch “team member”, MainStreet Oceanside Board Member, Downtown Advisory Committee (DAC), MainStreet Design Committee, and proud volunteer and committee member with the Oceanside Fourth of July Parade Committee.

We already have the solutions for these problems, and I feel together we can now reduce crime, clean up our neighborhoods and help the unsheltered off the streets.

“Committed to our Community through Neighborhood Watch”

My Priorities to Our Neighbors, Friends and Families!

  • Safety First! through Safer Streets, Safer Schools, and Safer Parks! (Public Health and Safety)

  • Leadership and Support for the Oceanside Police and Fire Departments.

  • Strengthening our Homeless Outreach Team “HOT” and Assisting the Homeless to a better living!

  • Support and Embrace all of Oceanside’s Culturally Diverse communities and lifestyles.

  • Effective Engagement, active listening and empathy among the differences of people, cultures, and perspectives.

  • Safer Bike Road Rules and Bike Lanes. E-bike laws to save lives and our children’s lives.

  • Expand our Parks & Recreation facilities, Youth and Senior Activities.

  • Support for our Neighborhoods through Neighborhood Watch and Family Programs.

  • The Health and Safety of our Veterans, ADA and all our Communities are of greatest importance.

  • Keeping Oceanside Clean, Green, and Safe!   “that’s what neighbors do.”

  • Neighborhoods are for Neighbors!

  • Where’s the Sand? And Where’s the Dog Parks? Let’s get serious about this.

South“O” is what we call this Picturesque Seaside Community with its charming restaurants, boutiques, shops and locally owned businesses. My concern is that South”O” is being overwhelmed with wrong development, possible “height limit changes” and out of area ideas. Let’s listen to our Community and
